About a year ago, we started drinking whisky more often in lieu of beer. We still love trying new craft beers, but our bellies were starting to show that love! :P
At first we had a hard time telling the difference between cheaper and nicer whisky. We would taste one, look at each other, and shrug. A lot of times we would laugh, because we would gauge how good or bad the whiskey was by how much it burned. We’re still far from being whisky connoisseurs, but we’ve grown to acquire the taste for it. On top of that, it’s much easier to bring when we travel, camp, or hike. A nice glass of whiskey at the end of your hike is much better than trying to lug around a bunch of beer with you.
We’ve been looking for a nice flask for when we travel, so we’ve reached out to a few flask companies to see if they could send us some products to review. When you open the boxes, each piece is presented to you on a built in pillow.

The other box was home to the leather pouch. It’s real leather and handmade in Scotland. You even get a handwritten card from the maker of your particular piece.
