Sorry to my 5 followers on here! I was in LA for the past 9 days supporting the Fu, so I didn’t get to update the blog as often as I would have liked. Every Tuesday is a Travel Tuesday post, and we’ll try to be more consistent from here on out!
Midway through our cross-country road trip last year, we got to do a one year anniversary reunion in Hawai’i with our honeymooner friends we met in Fiji the year before. And I have to say that Hawaii is now one of my favorite places IN. THE. WORLD! Our friends family owned a home at the Mauna Kea Resort on Big Island, so we got to stay there with them. The view was incredible! One day if I ever decide to retire, I could… maybe… possibly… see myself waking up to that view every morning. :)
Here’s us hanging out and cooking new food. We made ribs and caesar salad dressing from scratch! It was fun trying new things.
Will be posting another post on the touristy side of Big Island & food! To backtrack on our epic cross country road trip here is: Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Mississippi!
