CNN Center Studio Tour | Tourists at Home Atlanta Edition

With our Atlanta CityPASS, the next stop was the CNN Center Studio Tour takes about an hour.  The particular day we went in, it ended being a slow day since most of the team was in DC for the Presidential Inauguration.  I personally don’t watch the news much so the tour seemed to drag on longer than my attention span, but if you do watch the news, I can imagine that it’s interesting to see the behind-the-scenes.  We did leave with a souvenir photo us at an anchor desk though :)

I know it’s super cheesy and not always the best quality photo, but since we rarely have photos of both of us together, we decided to buy it!

  • There is a full food court and restaurants downstairs
  • Make sure the teams aren’t on location for a large event
  • Avoid going during sporting events. With Phillips arena attached, it can get quite crowded
  • If you’re planning on going to a few Atlanta attractions, pick up a CityPASS to save you money.
