This one is hard to miss when your walking the streets of Oia Santorini. It turns out it’s actually owned by a high school buddy of one of Jacob’s groomsmen! Craig and a friend spent a week in Santorini back in 2002. I know it’s not always rainbows and unicorns. It takes a lot of courage to uproot yourself and start a new life somewhere new. Also, starting up and running your own business has a lot of hardships, but this is just the kind of adventure my heart gravitates towards.
While we were writing this post, we also discovered that Craig spoke at TEDxAthens! :) So if you want to hear the full story of how their bookstore came to be, watch it! I really hope that one day we’ll go back and see their children run their bookstore.
