We stayed at the Encantada Casa Boutique Spa Hotel while we were acclimating to the altitude in Cusco. We loved it so much that it deserved it’s own blog post. It had beautiful views of the city, it was clean, and the people at the hotel were very accommodating to everything we needed . The last day after returning from our hike to Machu Picchu, we wanted to try the pisco sour. We were saving ourselves for after the hike because we didn’t want to be out of shape. The bar was already closed, but the guy at the front desk was nice enough to take it upon himself to make them for us.
