Richmond Night Market in Vancouver BC

We heard so many great things about the Richmond Night Market that we had to experience it for ourselves while visiting friends in Vancouver. I have never seen such a packed night market before. I felt like I was practically in Asia.

Richmond Night Market Address, Hours, & Fees

Richmond Night Market Address

Essential Tips for First Time Visitors

  • There is free parking at the market but it fills up quickly. Look for parking attendants to direct you once you enter the lot.
  • For public transportation, take the Canada Line SkyTrain to Bridgeport Station then walk west along River Road to get to the Night Market.
  • The market is primarily cash only. There are ATMs on site, but it’s much better to bring cash so you don’t have to wait in line to get more.
  • Getting in to the market itself can take a while. You can buy a Zoom Pass for express entrance if you visit often.
  • The most popular food will have the longest lines. Our favorite thing to eat there was the Rotato, but we had to wait a long time for it. Divide and conquer!
  • If you’re planning to eat there, I would say it’s worth getting the coupon book.
  • Check the Night Market’s Facebook page for updates. They will close if there is inclement weather.
