We’re always on the go and looking for ways to make our lifestyle more compact and mobile, so when Lenovo reached out to us to check out the YOGA Tablet 2 Pro, we were so excited to test it out! It’s pretty awesome how blogging has allowed us to explore so many different products and services so that we can really find what’s the best fit for our lifestyle.
We’ve only been using it for a few weeks now, but really love the design and functionality of this tablet. Since we have our phones and laptop, we use the tablet for very specific activities around the house. We use it to pull up recipes when cooking and posting new recipes to Instagram, to browse social media in bed, and quick online tasks when we don’t want to power up the computer.
Jacob and I have especially been loving the feature where you can project videos and movies. So far we’ve been projecting them onto our ceiling so that we can lay flat in bed and binge watch our favorite shows, but we also can’t wait to have outdoor movie nights with our friends.
One of our favorite things about the YOGA Tablet 2 Pro is the flexibility on how to use it. You can hold it like a regular tablet or flip out the built-in stand to prop it up. If you use your tablet in the kitchen then you know much of a pain it can be to use up counter space while you’re cooking. The stand actually has a hook on it so that you can hang it up!
Now that we’re looking to move again, we’re trying to minimize the amount of stuff we have. We use our TV quite a bit, but it’s something we hope to get rid of, so that we won’t have as many large items to move. This tablet just might be the perfect solution for us. The built-in projector is easy to use and projects up to a 50” image on any wall or screen! On top of that, the audio quality is really solid for a tablet. The screen is large (13.3”), the battery life is amazing (up to 15 hrs), and it has a 8MP rear camera with a f2.2 wide-aperture lens.
Even though we have our DSLRs, they always say the best camera is the one you have on you, and I must have every fleeting moment captured on camera. Now that our tablet hangs out with us in bed, it’s especially easy to grab when our cats are snuggling up with us having a cute moment! You’re might see an influx of all the new cat photos I’m taking. ;) Our cats even have their own instagram that you should definitely follow!
