DISCOVERY CONSISTS NOT OF SEEKING NEW LANDS BUT SEEING WITH NEW EYES.
When we heard that Sprinkles Cupcakes would come to the Linq in Las Vegas in early 2014, we knew we had to check it out. We were especially excited about the 24 hour Sprinkles Cupcake ATM! Is this the future? Has anyone watched Idiocracy? This could get dangerous real fast. I am always having midnight cravings.
I remember when the cupcake craze started. We were still living on the east coast, and all the Cali peeps would be posting about their pretty Sprinkles cupcakes in their pretty little boxes. I was obviously jealous at the time. It was a while before we would try our first Sprinkles Cupcake when they opened a DC location. Years later when we actually lived in Los Angeles, where it all began, we didn’t even go near a Sprinkles Cupcake. I guess it’s like a lot of people who live in Florida who never go to the beach. We’ve recently been learning to be grateful for wherever we happen to live, but in our defense, we were also very busy checking out the other LA eats. :D
We went into the store and tried their ice cream sandwich cookies and then came out to the ATM to get a cupcake (Tip: The ATM will only take your money but does not give you receipts. If you want one and if the store is still open, order from inside).

Do I think they’re the best cupcakes in the world? They’re actually a bit on the heavy side for my taste, but if you’ve never had them, I would highly recommend you try them! I know I will always remember Sprinkles as one of the pioneers of the cupcake movement.
